Disturbances can result in immediate termination of the stay. - The property cannot be used for illegal or commercial purposes, including sub-leasing or exceeding the agreed occupancy. - Guests are responsible for any damage or breakage caused during their stay. - The Owner may refuse entry or evict guests without refund if illegal activity or potential damage is suspected. - Parking is limited to designated areas only. - Events (parties, celebrations, meetings) require prior written consent from the Owner. Unauthorized events can lead to termination without refund. Unauthorized parties will be charged $500. - Pets are not allowed on the property. Breaking this rule will result in a $200 penalty. These unauthorized cases may lead to termination of the stay without refund. - The Owner or their representatives may access the property with reasonable notice, except in emergencies. - Guests cannot make changes to the property without written consent from the Owner. - Guests must be 18+ to book. Reservations by those under 18 will be declined. - Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM on weekdays and 11 PM to 8 AM on weekends. - This is a shoe-free home; please remove shoes upon entering. - The use of drones and fireworks is prohibited on the property. - No smoking inside the property. Violations incur a $500 fee, with an additional $200 fee if smoke is detected after the stay. - Please wash your dishes. - Please leave trash and recycling in the designated areas to avoid fines. - Every 14 days we require an additional cleaning at your cost. - The jacuzzi and steam room are part of the building's common areas. To use them, you need to book 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. The operating hours are Tuesday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. They are closed on Sundays, Mondays, and public holidays. Due to the building's sanitary standards, wearing a bathing cap is mandatory, and sunscreen is not allowed in the jacuzzi. Follow the rules to avoid fines. - We are not responsible for any items left behind in our property nor for any shipping costs related to their retrieval. - Check-out is at 10 AM. Late check-out without permission incurs a $50 fee for every additional 15 minutes. By agreeing to these terms, guests waive and hold the Owner harmless from any damages or injuries during their stay, including loss of valuables. Additional policies such as Fees and Charges, Check-In/Out Times, Cancellations, Minimum Stay, Smoking, Pets, Maximum Guests Allowed, Children and Age, Security Deposit, etc., will be in accordance with the House Rules or Booking Policies provided separately by the Owner.
