Cozy two bedroom apartment, very comfortable, clean, good location and great value for location in the commercial part of Fairfield, near to Great Gyms, supermarkets, and the Fairfield Ave where nice restaurants can be found.

This a very nice, clean apartment. For the most part, we enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was the extremely noisy downstairs renters. Quiet hours began at 11pm, but they started making a lot of noise around 12:30am (talking, yelling, laughing, playing loud music), and this went on for about 2 hours. It sounded like they were inside our apartment, so the walls are really thin. After about 30 minutes, I reached out to Regine. Justin responded in about 15 minutes and said he would call to remind them of quiet hours. The noise actually got worse, so after about 30 more minutes, I reached out again. This time Andrew responded and said he would call again. It took about another 45 minutes for the noise to die down. I am still leaving 5 stars because the hosts responded so quickly. It wasn’t their fault that the other renters were making so much noise, and they did try to fix the situation.

Regine and her team always make us feel welcome when booking with them! This is my fourth time staying with them while visiting family in the area, and I will absolutely continue to do so. The pictures are accurate, and their team is incredibly responsive—usually within 15 minutes whenever assistance is needed, which I truly appreciate. Booking with Regine’s team is always efficient, seamless, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I had a very cozy stay at Andrew’s home. I travel for work and it was in great proximity to the hospitals in downtown Stamford and White Plains. Everything was clean, the tv had all the streaming apps and there is a walkable grocery store nearby. Andrew was also super responsive and flexible with helping me with my luggage and any other questions/concerns I had. I will definitely be back!

Loved our stay! We felt so comfortable & loved the space. No one wanted to leave! We picked this as it was close to my cousin, had 3 bedrooms & allowed guests (I wanted out of town family to be able to stay if they wanted to & we definitely squeezed 6 of us in the apt) -Andrew is an amazing host! He really cares about the details. -We had a few issues come up & they were quick to respond, came by same day to help. -LOVE all the mirrors/lights. It was so helpful for getting ready. - Bidet is great.(Downside, my family started using our toilet instead of theirs lol) -Sadly, can’t comment on the roof as you have to book with over 24 hr notice & door to the rooftop is locked so we couldnt even check it out when it was empty. - WiFi is spotty/turns off for 5 mins every so often. Hopefully there’s a fix? -Bring your own toiletries, detergent, etc. I had to buy dish soap too. Come prepared! **please consider supplying more towels! We only had 4 despite a reservation for 10 days & 6 guests

Tuve una experiencia excelente hospedándome en este Airbnb. Desde el primer momento todo fue tal como se describe en la publicación. El lugar es muy cómodo, limpio y organizado, ideal para descansar y sentirse como en casa. La ubicación es muy conveniente y el entorno es tranquilo, lo que hizo que la estadía fuera aún más agradable. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue siempre clara, rápida y muy amable, lo que generó mucha confianza durante toda la estancia. Cada detalle del alojamiento refleja el cuidado y el compromiso por ofrecer una experiencia de calidad. Sin duda, es un sitio al que regresaría y que recomiendo totalmente a quienes buscan comodidad, tranquilidad y un excelente servicio.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Sabaneta. Apartment had an amazing view of the city and really enjoyed all the amenities it offered plus close proximity to many shops, restaurants and metro (10-15 min walk). Would certainly recommended.

This was exactly what I was looking for in an Airbnb: a comfortable room, privacy, a clean bathroom, internet, and a coffee machine. The host was welcoming and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice house and a perfect space you need for a family. Clean and obviously well maintained the house is easy to access from the highway but also close to what you’ll need and want in the area.
